Lubrication controllers are the intelligent control units of centralized lubrication systems, designed to monitor, regulate, and optimize the lubrication process in industrial machinery. By managing pumps, distributors, sensors, and cycle timings, they ensure that the right amount of lubricant is supplied to the right point at the right time.​

Working Principle​

The controller operates through pre-set parameters such as lubrication intervals, pump run times, pressure monitoring, and feedback from sensors. It evaluates system signals, activates lubrication cycles, and provides alarms in case of malfunctions like low lubricant levels, line blockages, or insufficient pressure. Advanced digital models can also communicate with higher-level PLCs or plant monitoring systems for seamless integration.
