This electric motor operated change over valve is designed​ for use in two-line systems with a maximum operating pressure​ of 400 bars.​

The operating principle is similar to that of a 4/2-way valve. Lubricant supplied by the pump is directed alternately into one of the two main header lines, while the other line gets connected to the reservoir return line. Once all the TLM blocks in the system have completed a half-cycle, the changeover process is initiated. Depending on the configuration, the CV-24 can also function as a 2/2-way or 3/2-way sliding valve within lubrication circuits.​
